Before we begin cleaning, we'll sort your items by color and washing settings, then look for potential defects on them. After your items have been cleaned, we hand press and put them on hangers to make them look brand new. If you prefer items to be folded on hangers, or folded ready to be put away, just let us know and we'll be happy to do that instead!
